When the couch I had ordered was delivered, other than color it didn’t look what I picked out. I asked the sales person “are you sure this is the couch I ordered” she said yes it was. I said I hate it (this couch is not what I would have ordered even if it was free). Was told I’m sure you will learn to love it. Well I didn’t and I still hate it. I’m a senior, so consequently, I can’t afford to go and buy another one. I’ve never dealt with a company that didn’t back say to return it and get something else. I will never buy from them again ever. You might want to consider before you make the big mistake like I did.
